Charges filed in UIC parking garage slaying

The Tribune has an update on the UIC parking garage shooting case. The victim’s husband was charged with one count of first-degree murder and is expected to appear in bond court tomorrow.

An Austin neighborhood man has been charged with fatally shooting his 48-year-old estranged wife in a University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center parking garage late Thursday night.
