You too can exercise in a chair!

Flamenco uses a lot of fancy footwork.  But sometimes, the best way to practice and improve posture is by sitting.  Check out the beginners class as they practice one of the steps for Friday’s performance.  See if you can follow along.


To see the rest of the choreography, stop by Clinard Dance Theatre at 1747 S. Halsted at 8:30 p.m. this Friday.   Yes we will be standing.
